A private investor based in Massachusetts recently purchased a 23,400-square-foot industrial property located at 19 Star Drive in Merrimack, New Hampshire for $2.95 million. The identities of the seller and buyer were not disclosed. The building sits on 4.99 acres and features six loading docks, 20-foot clear heights, and 73 parking spaces. Luigi Lessa, Harrison Klein, Ben Scherman and Thomas Shihadeh from Marcus & Millichap represented the seller while securing the buyer for this transaction.
