McKinney Raytheon Facility Reaches Milestone with Topping Out Ceremony

Construction on Raytheon’s new manufacturing, lab and office building has reached its full height with the topping out of the 438,000 square foot structure. Scheduled for completion in early 2024 at an estimated cost of $200 million, this seven story facility will be occupied by Raytheon Intelligence & Space – a business within Raytheon Technologies.

The project includes 259,200 square feet of general manufacturing and clean room space as well as 43,200 square feet per floor dedicated to offices. An elevated seventh floor observation tower is also part of the design plan. Corgan serves as architect while KDC is responsible for development duties associated with this endeavor.

Celebrations are underway now that McKinney’s newest addition has topped out!
