St. Louis-based McCarthy Holdings, Inc. has elevated Dhruv Patel to President and Chief Operating Officer, with Patel reporting to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sedey. In his new role, Patel is charged with strengthening coordination across McCarthy’s regional and national businesses. He succeeds Chief Operating Officer Joe Jouvenal, who is moving into the position of Chief Transformation Officer.
PREMIER Design + Build Group has added industry veteran Ed Pitula as Executive Vice President. Pitula will oversee operations and guide strategic expansion throughout PREMIER’s Central Region, supporting the company’s continued growth trajectory in the broader Midwest. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in development and construction, he has worked across industrial, corporate office, higher education, medical office, and design-build assignments.
Colliers has announced the return of Matt Abraham, CCIM, SIOR, as Senior Vice President. Abraham, who has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, focuses on industrial and investment properties. He previously spent 13 years with Colliers, serving clients throughout West Michigan, and most recently held the role of Senior Real Estate Advisor at First Companies, where he represented clients in industrial and investment real estate transactions in the same region.
Ridge Trail Capital has appointed Jim Tassoni as Managing Director. Tassoni brings over 23 years of experience in finance, investing, and business ownership. He is tasked with supporting lower-middle-market business owners through various stages of their business lifecycle, including growth, transition, and exit, reflecting the firm’s focus on closely held enterprises.
Chicago-based Greenstone Partners has expanded its multifamily investment sales platform with the addition of Senior Director Michael Duckler. Duckler concentrates on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties in the Chicagoland suburbs and advises on transactions ranging from 12 to 350 units. His background includes a substantial transaction history, detailed knowledge of local markets, and relationships with both private and institutional multifamily investors across the Chicago area.
JLL has named DeJeana Kilgore as Head of Consulting, Americas, with responsibility for the corporate real estate consulting business across the region. Based in Chicago, Kilgore leads a 150-person Americas Consulting team and focuses on transformation, workplace strategy, AI in real estate, outsourcing strategy, footprint optimization, and human-centric design.
Colliers has also hired Travis Helgeson as Senior Vice President, adding depth to its office-focused brokerage capabilities. Helgeson brings more than 15 years of experience in office sales, leasing, and tenant advisory services in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Before joining Colliers, he co-founded Range Realty Partners, a commercial real estate firm, and previously held brokerage roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Kessinger Hunter in the Kansas City office market.
