Marquette Management Expands with Emblem Oswego Multifamily Community
Marquette Management has expanded its property management portfolio with the addition of Emblem Oswego, a 312-unit luxury multifamily community located in Oswego, Illinois.
“With demand outpacing supply in this part of the Chicago suburbs, we see a meaningful opportunity to create value for our client and deliver a standout resident experience,” said Jim Cunningham, President of Marquette Management. The company currently oversees property management for more than 14,000 units across eight states.
Emblem Oswego, located at 2000 Emblem Circle, lies just 15 minutes from Interstates 55 and 88 in the fast-growing Oswego area. Completed in 2024, the luxury development offers one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans.
“Emblem is the second community we are managing in Oswego, a market that, like many other Chicago suburbs, promises strong returns for investors with solid assets,” Cunningham added.
