**Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of V Street Apartments in Washington, D.C.**
Marcus & Millichap has successfully brokered the sale of V Street Apartments, a 12-unit vacant multifamily property located in the Eckington neighborhood of Northeast Washington, D.C. The property was sold for $775,500.
“We’re pleased to have successfully completed the sale of V Street Apartments through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process,” said Ryan Murray, Associate at Marcus & Millichap. “The sale closed within 30 days of court approval, allowing these units to be renovated and restored to the market to support the community’s growing demand for affordable housing.”
The transaction was facilitated by a team from Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office, including Ryan Murray, Marty Zupancic, John Slowinski, and Andrew Pacious. The team represented Marc Albert, the Chapter 11 Trustee and the seller in the transaction.
V Street Apartments, located at 401–409 V Street NE, consists of three adjacent two-story apartment buildings originally constructed in 1935. The property spans a total of 7,418 square feet and comprises 12 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, each measuring approximately 525 square feet.
