Marcus & Millichap Facilitates Sale of Net-Leased Property in Indiana

Marcus & Millichap has announced the successful sale of a net-leased childcare facility occupied by The Learning Grove Academy in Avon, Indiana.

“Avon is a growing, high-demand market with strong demographics and a highly rated school system, making it an ideal location for long-term investment,” said Sam Malato, Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap. “This property offered the kind of stability investors seek, with a premier early education tenant, a long-term net lease, and annual rent increases already in place.”

Malato, along with Dominic Sulo, investment specialists in the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller and secured the buyer, a private coastal investor. Josh Caruana served as Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in the state of Indiana.

The facility, built in 2009, spans 17,704 square feet and sits on 3.17 acres at 7651 Beechwood Centre Road, approximately 20 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport.
