The Waterfront at Manhattan Harbour is nearing completion of its first condo building, bringing 14 residences along the Ohio River in Dayton, Kentucky just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. According to the Cincinnati Business Courier , the model is almost complete and three units have already been pre-sold.
Developers Brendan Sullivan and Miles Scully have partnered with father-son duo Mario and Tryfon Christoforou to bring their vision of a “riverfront location” to life with an investment near $60 million. Each condo offers single floor living featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a half bath. The model unit has been listed at $599,000 while prices range up to $739,000 for penthouse units. Residents are expected move in around August or September 2023.
