"LV Collective Evaluating Potential of Two High-Rises in UT Area"

LV Collective is exploring the construction of two residential towers that could be used as student housing. According to the Austin Business Journal, three lots near campus have been acquired with plans for 38-40 story buildings. Public documents suggest sizable rooms, indicative of a student housing project.

The proposed 400 foot towers would feature 210 units ranging from studios to six-bedroom apartments; one tower called Court of Three Sisters will occupy two lots at 504 W 24th St and 2405 Nueces St., while Arconia will stand across the street on a sorority parking lot. STG Design has been appointed architect for both projects.

LV Collective (formerly Lincoln Ventures) had 456 units under development or completed in 2022 in Austin alone, plus 1,359 developed elsewhere nationwide by then end of 2021 year .
