AT&T is expanding its office space with a 120,000-square-foot lease at 1277 Lenox Park Blvd. in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The building has 152,000 square feet of space and was purchased by Bridge Commercial Real Estate for $225 million in 2018 before being renovated. This marks AT&T’s return to the property after more than five years away from it. Additionally, AT&T retains offices at 1025 and 1055 Lenox Park Blvd., which are part of their plan to consolidate offices into hubs located in Atlanta and Dallas as they require 60,000 managers to work a hybrid schedule returning to the office three days each week. With this mandate in place, leasing additional space became necessary for all employees required back onsite could be accommodated accordingly at 1277 Lenox Park Blvd..
