Kiser Group Brokers Sale of Fully Renovated Multifamily Building in Chicago

Kiser Group has announced the successful sale of a 36-unit multifamily property located at 5201 W. Washington Blvd. in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago.

The property was sold for $2.6 million and was fully occupied at the time of the transaction, with one recently leased unit. Kiser Group Advisors Noah Clark and Jack Petrando represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.

The building underwent comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic renovations, including the installation of individual furnaces, new plumbing, and updated electrical systems. These improvements helped position the asset as a stabilized, turnkey opportunity in a growing submarket.
