L&L Holding Company has appointed Jamil Lacourt as its Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s development projects and collaborating with other executives to manage operations.
With over two decades of experience in real estate development, construction, and project management, Lacourt brings a wealth of knowledge to the position. He joined L&L in 2020 as executive vice president and director of construction where he was involved in projects such as 425 Park Avenue completion and Terminal Warehouse redevelopment. Additionally, his leadership enabled L&L’s expansion into South Florida market with The Wynwood Plaza and 460 Fern projects among others.
