Houston Energy Company Relocates to Houston's Energy Corridor

Houston-based Diamond Offshore Drilling recently made a noteworthy move to One Eldridge in the Energy Corridor. The company signed a lease for 62,000 square feet of space across the ninth, 11th and top floors of the 12-story building which is part of Granite Properties’ three-building office campus that once housed BP. This marks an upgrade from their former 33 year location at 15415 Katy Freeway where they occupied 98,000 square feet.

The new office features updated lobbies and an outdoor lounge called The Yard with amenities such as a coffee bar, fitness center with virtual classes plus lockers and showers as well as three conference rooms including one dedicated training facility and phone room. A restaurant is also planned for development on site soon.
