Cinnamon Shore, a master-planned community in Port Aransas, is planning to add an array of new amenities this summer. These attractions will expand the 147-acre village of Cinnamon Shore South that began development five years ago and include a town square with stage, neighborhood pools, fitness center, sports facilities and indoor/outdoor event venue as well as a dog park. Fall 2023 will bring guests and homeowners the new Family Pool & Splash Pad.
In 2024 construction on South Town Square is set to begin which includes 100k+ sq ft town hub with retail stores and restaurants located along the west side of primary lake centered around waterfront stage plus green space boardwalk for walkable connection throughout entire community.
