Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Chicago office is set to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art mixed use development in the Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago come 2025. The 24 story building at 360 N. Green is owned by real estate development firm Sterling Bay and offers 500,000 square feet of modern office spaces with ground floor retail and full service amenities that will occupy around 90,000 square feet for Greenberg Traurig.

Powers – co managing shareholder of the Chicago office and co chair of the Real Estate Litigation Practice – commented on their decision: “We carefully considered where we wanted our next home to be; this new space reflects our innovative culture while providing an opportunity for fresh collaboration within a community setting”
Fulton Market has become home to corporate headquarters for several major global companies due its rapid growth in recent years.
