Capco, a global financial technology and management consultancy, has signed a long-term lease with Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) for 26,620 square feet of space on the 68th floor of the Empire State Building. The iconic building underwent full modernization to provide over 65,000 square feet of amenities including fitness center, conference center and dining options.
Jared Horowitz and Jason Perla from Newmark represented Capco in negotiations while Shanae Ursini and Jordan Berger from ESRT along with Scott Klau and Neil Rubin from Newmark represented property owner.
