GID Real Estate Investment Company Buys Northern Virginia Apartments for $86M

GID, a real estate investor, has acquired Arbors at Fair Lakes – a 282-unit multi-housing community located in Fairfax, Virginia. The property offers one to three bedroom units with amenities such as in-unit washers and dryers, fireplaces, private patios and walk-in closets. Additionally the value added property features a fitness center; swimming pool; business center; tennis court; outdoor grill/lounge area and more.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller to procure GID as buyer with their team led by Bret Thompson and Robert Jenkins for an $86M purchase price.
