Owners of Houston’s Market Square Tower are testing a concept that suggests the posh amenities offered at the apartment tower may be desirable for special events. Dallas News reported Westbranch Investments, owner of the well-known rental property, is converting a dozen residences to hotel rooms which could be used by guests of residents, bridal parties or even short-term residents and general public. Additionally, some amenity spaces such as 200-guest grand ballroom with catering kitchen and dance floor will also be available for event rentals. Apartment dwellers can enjoy an array of amenities including gym, spa facilities along with infinity deck pool and rooftop bar & lounge.
