**Endeavor Real Estate Group Advances Plans for Long-Held Austin Parcel**
Endeavor Real Estate Group is moving forward on a property it has held for more than a decade at 600 E. Riverside Drive in Austin. After 11 years, the company has submitted a planned unit development (PUD) application for the 1.75-acre site.
The proposed development would include 200 residential units and 8,000 square feet of space for restaurants or retail businesses. If approved, the building could rise up to 510 feet. Currently, the property is home to a gaming arcade.
This potential project would add to the growing number of major developments planned in Austin’s South Central Waterfront area. Notable nearby projects include Hunt Companies’ proposed trio of mixed-use towers at 200 E. Riverside Drive and a 480-foot tower at 311–315 S. Congress Avenue.
In addition to this project, Endeavor Real Estate Group is involved in several other high-profile developments across the city. These include the ongoing redevelopment of the former Austin American-Statesman office site, and a separate 21-acre site along the Colorado River in East Austin.
Endeavor’s continued investment in Austin reflects the rapid transformation of the city’s urban landscape, particularly in areas surrounding downtown and the riverfront.
