Continental Realty Corporation Appoints Dana Caudell as EVP and Head of Multifamily Operations
Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has announced the appointment of Dana Caudell as Executive Vice President and Head of Multifamily Operations.
An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in diversified real estate operations, Caudell will now oversee CRC’s multifamily portfolio, which consists of more than 10,000 apartment homes across 38 communities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
In her new role, Caudell will be responsible for leading all operations and setting the strategic direction of CRC’s multifamily management platform. She will focus on enhancing the company’s financial performance, driving operational scalability, and ensuring strong occupancy across its residential portfolio.
Before joining CRC, Caudell served as Chief Strategy Officer at Pegasus Residential. She also spent six years as President of The Bainbridge Companies, where she guided the company’s expansion from 12,000 to 30,000 multifamily units. Her previous experience also includes senior leadership roles at Aventon Companies, Daniel Corporation, Park Partners Residential, and Wood Partners.
