By pairing experience-driven entertainment and food offerings with new flexible office space, The Junction underscores investor interest in mixed-use formats that can extend daily activation in secondary Texas markets.

Cooley Capital is preparing to open The Junction, a new 60,000-square-foot destination in Georgetown that will combine event, entertainment and dining uses under one roof. The venue is scheduled to debut in November and is designed as a multi-concept social hub, with dedicated space for gatherings, live performances and food and beverage offerings.

The Junction’s entertainment program will feature three pickleball courts, private cabanas for smaller groups, a live music stage and multiple covered decks and patios. The layout also incorporates several full-service bars positioned throughout the project to support both indoor and outdoor activity zones.

Food and beverage will be anchored by a grand dining hall that accommodates individual food vendors. Community Impact reports that the tenant lineup will include Georgetown-based Sweet Lemon Kitchen and Dough-Go Pizza, along with King’s Chicken Wings and Taconmaye. Additional vendors cited for the hall include JABS Smashburger and Shawarma Point, giving the project a mix of local and regional culinary concepts.

Beverage offerings at The Junction will extend beyond traditional bar service. Plans call for The Mockingbird, a craft cocktail bar, as well as The Nest, a speakeasy concept, to operate within the property. These venues are intended to complement the broader entertainment and dining experience and create multiple visit occasions throughout the week.

In addition to the main 60,000-square-foot entertainment and dining facility, the project will add 30,000 square feet of flexible office space across three separate buildings. This office component is designed to broaden the property’s daytime use and introduce a work-oriented dimension alongside the leisure-focused program.

According to the company, Cooley Capital has completed more than 300 projects with a cumulative value approaching $2 billion. Its activities span commercial and residential real estate development, construction and capital markets services. The firm’s work is described as being primarily concentrated in Texas, including markets such as Georgetown and the broader Austin area, positioning The Junction within its established regional footprint.
