**Turnbridge Equities Breaks Ground on Raleigh’s Tallest Residential Tower**
Turnbridge Equities has officially begun site demolition and will soon commence construction on Highline Glenwood, a 37-story, 306-unit luxury residential tower in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.
In tandem with the start of construction, Turnbridge has secured approximately $147 million in construction financing. The financing was provided by Axos Bank and managed accounts of the Manulife Investment Management Real Estate Credit Strategies Team. Turnbridge is also contributing the equity for the development.
Once completed, Highline Glenwood is set to become the tallest residential building in Raleigh. The tower will offer a range of upscale amenities and features, including:
– A 37th-floor indoor/outdoor sky lounge.
– A 13,000-square-foot outdoor amenity deck on the 9th floor featuring a swimming pool, padel court, open lawn, grilling stations, fire pits, and multiple lounge areas.
– Additional resident amenities such as a demonstration kitchen, coworking suite with conference and videoconferencing rooms, a Trackman golf simulator, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
– Around 7,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
– Approximately 50,000 square feet of commercial space within the preserved historic Creamery building adjacent to the tower.
Highline Glenwood is poised to redefine luxury living in the heart of Downtown Raleigh and will play a key role in the continued urban transformation of the city.
