Colliers has arranged a major industrial lease on behalf of SendCutSend, securing 170,500 square feet at 535-555 Research Drive in Pittston Township, Pennsylvania. The new commitment marks a significant expansion of the company's physical footprint as it continues to build out its national manufacturing and fulfillment network.
The Pittston Township facility is intended to strengthen SendCutSend's ability to reach customers across the East Coast. By adding production capacity in this location, the company expects to improve turnaround times and enhance service for its user base in the region. The property provides the scale required for expanded manufacturing operations as well as fulfillment activity that supports SendCutSend's U.S. platform.
Colliers Executive Vice President Chris Fairchild, together with the Golarz Williams Industrial Team, represented SendCutSend in the lease transaction. Their role focused on aligning the company's operational requirements with a facility that could accommodate both current needs and anticipated growth in its manufacturing capabilities.
The new lease is part of a broader investment by SendCutSend in domestic manufacturing infrastructure. The Pittston Township location is described as a key addition to the company's U.S. network, reinforcing a strategy centered on U.S.-based production and fulfillment. This move is designed to position the company to handle increased demand while maintaining service levels across multiple markets.
Commenting on the market context, Michael Golarz of the Golarz-Williams Industrial team at Colliers noted that Northeast Pennsylvania continues to draw manufacturers seeking locations with access to labor, infrastructure and major transportation corridors. The region's connectivity and workforce attributes have positioned it as a destination for companies looking to scale production while maintaining efficient distribution options.
The project tied to this lease carries a total investment of $63,200,000 and is expected to result in the creation of 309 manufacturing jobs. This economic impact has been formally recognized through Pennsylvania grant funding, which supported the initiative and reflects public-sector backing for industrial growth in the area. The combination of private capital deployment and state incentives underscores the role of advanced manufacturing as an economic driver for Pittston Township and the broader Northeast Pennsylvania region.
As SendCutSend brings this new facility online, the company's expanded presence is poised to contribute additional employment, capital investment and industrial activity to the local market, reinforcing the profile of Northeast Pennsylvania as a manufacturing and logistics hub.
