Katy Redmond, Senior Managing Director of Leasing Advisory at JLL, has been elected to the Board of Directors of CoreNet Global, the premier global association for the corporate real estate profession. Redmond’s addition to the Board marks a continuation of her nearly two decades of active membership and leadership within the organization, offering her an influential role in shaping the future of the corporate real estate industry on a global scale.

Walker & Dunlop has expanded its private client platform with the hiring of two former Greystone originators based in Minneapolis. Wilson Molitor has joined as Director of the Small Balance Group, and Kyle Jemtrud steps in as Managing Director of the same group. Molitor will focus on originating new loans for small balance and conventional multifamily properties across the U.S., while Jemtrud will concentrate on loan origination through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, bridge, and capital markets channels, targeting clients throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.

Avison Young has added Stefan Ivanisevic as Vice President in its Chicago office to bolster its brokerage services. Ivanisevic brings substantial experience from his previous role as Senior Associate at JLL, where he represented office tenants ranging from startups to large corporations across the Chicagoland area.
