Michelin-starred chef César Ramirez, renowned for his restaurant Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare, has signed a 15-year lease for 5,000 square feet of space in the historic Hudson Square office building located at 333 Hudson Street. Owned by GFP Real Estate and originally built as a factory in 1925 before being converted into 101,290 square feet of office and retail space with Westville also leasing to operate Westville Hudson.
Newmark’s Jeffrey Roseman and Marc Frankel represented GFP Real Estate while Christopher Owles from Sinvin represented Ramirez during the deal. The acclaimed chef is now set to open his latest restaurant in this iconic location.
