Located at 400 Herkimer Street, the property is a six-story residential building with studios to three-bedroom apartments. Anthony Cristi of Greystone originated the fixed rate financing with a 10 year term and 30 year amortization period for this refinancing transaction. This loan will help facilitate continued ownership of this multifamily asset located in Brooklyn’s historic Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood.
