Greystone has provided an $18.3 million Fannie Mae loan to refinance a 154-unit multifamily property located at 400 Herkimer Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The six-story residential building offers studios to three bedroom apartments. Anthony Cristi of Greystone originated the fixed rate financing with a 10 year term and 30 year amortization.

The property at 747 Seward St. in Hollywood has been purchased by Brian Ballard, founder of bipartisan lobbying and PR
