B+H Architects and executive architect Spina O’Rourke + Partners restored its original 1936 Arte Moderne-style exterior designed by John Volk and completely renovated its three story interior to create a shared architectural vision that maintains its original façade.
111 Olive offers office spaces featuring up to 14 feet ceiling heights and Miami Dade Pine timber wood ceilings across 15000 square feet floor plates which are divisible into two 9000 square feet suites as well as two 5000 square feet suites – one of which is fully built out for immediate move-in.
