Madison Realty Capital has originated a $262 million construction loan for the E11EVEN Residences Beyond, a dual-tower luxury development in Miami’s District 11. The transaction was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle.
E11EVEN Residences Beyond and its sister development, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami, offer resort-style living with entertainment options to suit any lifestyle. Floor plans range from studios to two bedrooms plus presidential collection and penthouse suites featuring fully integrated “smart building” features such as Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom ITALKRAFT Italian cabinetry, top-level finishes and designer curated furnishings.
The 65 story towers are designed by internationally renowned Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by award winning design firm AvroKO while Marc Roberts , Michael Simkins , Dennis DeGori of E11even Partners along with Kevin Maloney , Ryan Shear & Dan Kaplan of PMG serve as developers behind the project .
