Baird & Warner and Dream Town Real Estate, two of Chicago’s largest independent real estate firms, have announced plans to merge operations.
The combined company will unite nearly 3,000 real estate agents, loan officers, and support staff. With the merger, the firm will operate eight offices in the city and more than 30 locations throughout the greater Chicagoland area. As part of the integration, Yuval Degani, founder and CEO of Dream Town, will take on the newly created role of President of Brokerage Services.

This strategic move aims to strengthen their presence in the Chicago real estate market and offer enhanced services to clients throughout the region.
