ATCO Properties & Management recently completed four leasing transactions totaling 8,444 square feet at 381 Park Avenue South in Midtown South. The largest deal was a five-year lease renewal with Sepp Leaf Products, Inc. for 4,617 square feet. Valerio Architects expanded their presence with a new four-year lease while PreZenDental PLLC signed a new ten-year lease and Breakaway Communications renewed their five-year agreement.
The historic building spans 17 floors and offers over 228,000 square feet of space. Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman from ATCO expertly handled the negotiations for Sepp Leaf Products, Valerio Architects and Breakaway Communications in-house while Evan Gasman from CARR Inc represented PreZenDental PLLC and Robert Tunis Kyle Berlinsky Joseph Mangiacotti from Colliers represented ATCO.
