Global retailer Khaadi is set to open its first U.S. location at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia by the end of the year. The 25-year-old clothing company, which has stores in Dubai, Pakistan, Bahrain, Qatar and England plans to occupy its new space with expansion plans for up to 30 stores across the US and Canada as well as distribution and eCommerce centers.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Lestin and Sophie Van Pelt represented Khaadi in their transaction with landlord Tysons Corner Holdings LLC., “Khaadi is one of the world’s most exciting fashion brands,” said Lestin “producing unsurpassed quality along with a fusion of style that compliments both East and West.”
