Investcorp has purchased a 206,220-square-foot industrial property in Franklin, Massachusetts for $37.5 million. The two flex buildings were sold by the Franchi Family in partnership with local operator Jumbo Capital and brokered by Colliers representatives Frank Petz, Matthew Sherry, Rob Schlesinger and Jack Barrett. This transaction marks Investcorp’s latest investment into the industrial sector of Massachusetts’ real estate market.
