Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas (Logisnext), a provider of material handling, automation and fleet solutions, has begun work on its new production facility at the company’s Houston headquarters campus. Located at 2121 W. Sam Houston Parkway N., the state-of-the-art facility is scheduled for completion in early 2024 and will provide increased production capabilities to meet growing demand for electric lift trucks and warehouse products.
The new 73,000 square foot facility will support manufacturing of key electric warehouse products across Jungheinrich, Cat lift truck, Mitsubishi forklift truck and UniCarriers Forklift product lines – representing a key investment in Logisnext’s long-term electric growth strategy throughout North America. The space includes dedicated fabrication areas for welding masts/frames as well as robotic welding technology to improve efficiency levels even further.
