Property Commerce recently acquired two-thirds of the Terrell Plaza shopping center in San Antonio, Texas. The neighboring Target store was not included in the deal, however other anchors such as Petco and Ross Dress for Less are present at the complex which is currently 96% leased according to marketing materials from JLL. The two parcels located at 1201 and 1235 Austin Highway have an assessed value of approximately $21.8 million with SITE Centers being the seller since 2008. Representing Property Commerce on this acquisition were Ryan West and Joe Indlli from JLL’s side.
