The hotel was sold for $8,270,000 to two limited liability companies whose names were not disclosed. Located at 80 Newtown Rd near the interchange of Yankee Expressway and Highway 202, this hotel is surrounded by major national brands such as Home Depot, Walmart Target and AMC Theatres. Jerry Swon from Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market this property on behalf of both buyer and seller.
