Northmarq’s Kansas City Debt and Equity team has welcomed Joe Heinzler as Vice President. In this role, he will be responsible for facilitating debt and equity placements for investors and lenders. He joins Greg Duvall, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, as well as John Duvall, Vice President in the KC office to coordinate with the Investment Sales team.
Prior to Northmarq, Heinzler spent two years at North American Savings Bank where he managed a portfolio of loans while working on nationwide originations. Before that transition into real estate finance was complete he served Kessinger Hunter & Company in an office broker capacity; sourcing new business opportunities while representing clients on leasing or sale transactions of offices spaces.
Heinzler holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Missouri-Columbia with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate plus a Real Estate Salesperson license from Missouri state government .
