Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been tasked with selling a portfolio of three garden-style apartment properties in Baltimore on behalf of an undisclosed seller. The three properties, totaling 876 units, are Raven Run at 6028 Amberwood Road, Baybrook Village Apartments at 1001 East Jeffrey St., and Greens at Forest Park located 4515 Fairview Ave. The owner has invested over $3 million in capital improvements across the portfolio including interior renovations.
The Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group of TRS is led by Dean Sigmon, Robin Williams and Michael D’Amelio who will be marketing the properties for sale either individually or as a portfolio. According to Sigmon “This offers investors a strategic opportunity to acquire well-maintained apartment communities near major employment centers with significant upside potential available through in-unit upgrades, utility restructuring and increasing asking rents to market rates on renewals and new leases.”
