Klabin Company/CORFAC International recently completed the sale of a 66,450-square-foot parcel of land at 2903 Lynwood Rd. in Lynwood for $10,157,000. Matt Stringfellow, Courtney Bell and Tyler Rollema represented the private seller in this transaction. Denver Pallets, Inc., a local leader in storage repair and distribution of wood pallets was the buyer with Bill and Martha Neri from Neri Real Estate Group representing them.
The 1.53 acre site is situated conveniently within Lynwood which has become an emerging industrial market located south of Los Angeles County with easy access to two major freeways: Interstate 105 and Interstate 710 .
Stringfellow commented on this successful outcome saying “This is great news for our seller who after years ownership has sold their property to an end user at a premium despite current market conditions” He went on to say that just like its previous tenant ,the new owner will be using it for pallet storage ,repairing as well as distribution purposes .
