Davis Property & Investment (DPI), a commercial real estate company specializing in industrial and office real estate throughout Washington and Oregon, has signed tenants for two new South Sound industrial developments totaling more than 400,000 square feet. Tacoma-based Infinity Global Distribution, a logistics and supply chain company, leased the 248,000-square-foot Tacoma Central Logistics building located on the former site of the News Tribune at 1950 S. State Street in Tacoma. Neil Walter Co.’s Bruce Valentine and Cameron Valentine represented Infinity Global while Joel Jones, Eric Cederstrand and John DeHan at Neil Walter Co. acted as listing brokers for DPI.
Additionally DPI also secured Toysmith as a tenant at Pacific 167 building with 160K square feet located at 541 W Valley Highway S., Pacific WA; Scott Alan SIOR along with Patrick Mullin from Cushman & Wakefield represented Toysmith during this transaction whereas Chris Spofford together with David Cahill from JLL Seattle were appointed by DPI to be their listing brokers during this deal closure process .
