Skyline Developers, led by the Wilf family, has initiated construction of a 26-story tower at 18 West 55th Street in Midtown. The 152,000-square-foot space will feature 97 rental apartments and lifestyle amenities upon completion in 2025.
Principal Orin Wilf expressed his excitement for the project: “It’s gratifying to see this project underway in one of New York’s most iconic and desirable neighborhoods. We are looking forward to delivering our signature quality product here as we have done with other multifamily projects such as ML House (1050 Avenue of the Americas) and 200 East 79th Street.”
