JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has welcomed James Molloy as a senior director for institutional accounts in its New York office team. With extensive experience on the institutional side, including roles at SitusAMC and Bankers Trust Company, Molloy will collaborate with Senior Managing Director Steven Schleider to expand the platform’s financial services/lender coverage. He is also a Member of the Appraisal Institute’s Metropolitan New York Chapter, a Fellow with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and Designated Counselor of Real Estate.
