CP Group has secured four new leases at Harris Corners, a three-building Class A office campus in Charlotte, NC. The tenants include TAT Technologies – a global partner to the aerospace industry – which signed for 6,500 square feet of worCPlaces spec suite; logistics company RGX LLC (1,400 sq ft); real estate service provider Fidelity National Title Company LLC (2,600 sq ft); and structural engineering firm Fitzpatrick Engineering Group who relocated from Cornelius with 3200 square feet.
Foundry Commercial’s Mike Dempsey represented TAT Technologies while Colliers International’s Parker Levy represented both RGX and Fitzpatrick Engineering Group. Additionally Jones Lang LaSalle and Orion Realty Group provided representation for Fidelity National Title Company LLC. Trinity Partners’ Jennifer Kurz Tim Arnold & Bo Blight exclusively represent the landlord in each agreement at Harris Corners office park.
