EVO Power USA, Inc., a leader in battery energy storage based in Australia, has signed a 15,070-square-foot industrial lease at 30452 Esperanza in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This marks the company’s first location within the United States and will be used for design engineering, assembly testing and distribution of their battery energy storage systems.
JLL’s Kris Smith Sofi Choi and Steven Chon represented EVO Power during the transaction while Mark Jerue Craig Fitterer BJ Fell GianCarlo Spinosi from Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of landlord Fauna 43 LLC.
