A private investor recently acquired a 147,444-square-foot industrial property in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts for $9.9 million. Located at 5 Industrial Drive and occupying 10.67 acres, the building was constructed in 1985 and features parking as well as nine loading docks with potential to add six more docks.
Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and buyer with a team led by Laurie Ann “L.A” Drinkwater and Seth J Richard throughout the transaction processs . According to Drinkwater: “This was an unique opportunity to acquire a vacant warehouse with direct Interstate access in southeastern Massachusetts” The names of both parties involved were not disclosed upon completion of sale .
