Ares Management, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, recently acquired the Arabelle Lincoln Station apartment community in Lone Tree, Colorado for $80 million. The 232-unit development was built in 2018 and stands five stories tall. It features one- and two-bedroom units along with amenities such as a saltwater pool, two story fitness center and business center with conference rooms. Located near Sky Ridge Medical Center and Park Meadows shopping mall makes it an ideal location for residents to enjoy all that Lone Tree has to offer.
Dan Woodward of Walker & Dunlop brokered the sale at $344K per unit on behalf of Cortland who previously owned the property known as Cortland Lincoln Station before its name change to Arabelle Lincoln Station. This acquisition adds another multifamily community into Ares Management’s portfolio while increasing their presence within Denver metro area where they now own 14 properties total .
