DCC Allocates $22M for Purchase and Renovation of Two West Village Buildings

Jamestown Properties has secured a $22 million loan for the acquisition and renovation of two properties located at 801-803 Greenwich Street in New York City’s West Village. Derby Copeland Capital, an investment platform specializing in opportunistic debt financing and equity investments, provided the financing.

The properties consist of 803 Greenwich Street, a 5,880-square-foot mixed-use building; as well as 801 Greenwich Street – a six story structure spanning approximately 11,496 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller while Walker & Dunlop assisted Jamestown Properties with securing the necessary funding for this transaction.

This latest development marks yet another successful venture by Jamestown Properties to acquire and renovate real estate assets throughout NYC’s West Village district.
