TopSide Marinas, a family-owned company that acquires and operates marinas across the country, recently acquired two marinas in close proximity to Branson, Missouri. Situated on 29 acres of land each, these properties offer boat storage services as well as boat rentals and fuel for sale. Additionally they provide retail options and a restaurant for customers’ convenience.
This marks the first acquisition of TopSide Marinas in Missouri’s Ozarks region. The two newly acquired marina locations are Cape Fair Marina located at James River Arm of Lake Cape Fair; Hideaway Marina which is Table Rock Lake’s first established marina since 1958 with 450 wet slips available along with 20 rental boats fleeted up by TopSide Marinas itself.
The company has made eight acquisitions total across multiple states so far including Rock Creek Marina situated on 188-acre large scale Perry Lake in Kansas; April Plaza Marina – 4 acre 9 lake Conroe property just outside Houston Texas being one among them this year alone .
