Torrington Properties has acquired the Mall at Fox Run in Newington, New Hampshire from Morgan Stanley for an undisclosed price. Spanning over 250,000 square feet and housing more than sixty stores and restaurants, Torrington plans to maintain the current tenant profile while attracting new businesses to fill existing vacancies. The Spinoso Real Estate Group will continue managing the property.
In November 2022 Torrington previously acquired the former Sears store and nearby Newington Park Shopping Center where it is developing a Chick-Fil-A location. With plans of creating a mixed-use community destination at both locations under study, CEO Jay Bisognano commented “The Mall at Fox Run is a storied regional property with potential to once again become a high-traffic vibrant destination.” He added that they are engaging with top consultants in their field as well as studying innovative ideas from across America for implementation in Newington.
