Groundbreaking has taken place on Lake Pointe, a new multifamily development in Woodbridge, Virginia. Situated twenty miles south of Washington D.C., the 15-acre site will feature five four- and five-story buildings with 355 units upon completion. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, parking garages and dog park/spa for residents to enjoy.
The project is the second partnership between The NRP Group and Angelo Gordon supported by construction loan from Santander Bank with expected delivery of first units in 2025.
