Colliers has arranged the sales of two Class A unanchored retail centers totaling $10 million in Huntsville, AL. Executive Managing Director Joe Montgomery and Vice Presidents Henry Kushner and Scott Israel comprised Colliers’ sales team for the transaction.
In May, Magna Carta Place, LLC sold their 22,378-square-foot retail center at 11310 Memorial Parkway SW to Pacific West Land for $4.85 million. Originally built in 2009 with 12 tenants onsite, two new buildings were added to Magna Carta in 2018.
The second property was Madison Corners which spanned 14,400 square feet at 1079 Balch Road in Madison AL that was sold by a private seller for a record price of $4.9 million to Russel Reality representing a private family office based out of Montgomery during July 2020 closing . The property had seven mostly service-oriented tenants onsite when it closed escrow successfully .
